Job Description — Home Services Cleaning Specialist (Residential & Commercial)
About the Role
We’re hiring a Cleaning Specialist to provide high-quality residential cleaning and commercial cleaning services. You’ll follow training and checklists to keep homes and workplaces clean, organized, and safe, while using cleaning products correctly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning services for homes, offices, and commercial sites according to training and standards
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces (kitchens, bathrooms, common areas, workspaces)
- Organize and return items to their proper place after cleaning
- Maintain personal hygiene and a professional appearance while on-site
- Communicate politely with clients/supervisors and report issues (damage, supply shortages, safety hazards)

- Attention to detail and ability to follow a checklist
- Basic time management (finishing tasks within scheduled hours)

- What will I clean (residential vs. commercial)?
- Ans: You may clean homes (bedrooms, living areas, kitchens, bathrooms) and/or commercial sites (offices, restrooms, break rooms, common areas), based on the day’s schedule.
- What are my daily responsibilities?
- Ans: Arrive on time, review the checklist, complete cleaning tasks to standard, put items back in place, dispose of waste properly, and confirm the site is clean and organized before leaving.
- Do I need to bring my own supplies or equipment?
- Ans: Yes. Cleaners are expected to bring their own cleaning supplies, products, and equipment, unless there is a specific request for a certain service.
- What are the eligibility criteria to apply?
- Ans: All education levels can apply. 1–6+ years of experience is preferred (or per the role requirements).
- How many openings are available?
- Ans: 2 immediate openings.
- Who can apply for this job?
